At Walmart, we maintain a high standard for ethical behavior. Maintaining this high standard requires the ability of our associates to seek ethics advice, reveal conflicts of interest, or to speak up when they see questionable behavior. To encourage this type of interaction with our associates, we must maintain the trust of our associates not only by protecting the information they provide, but also restricting the use or disclosure of the information.
